Greg Baumer is the former Chief Growth Officer of naviHealth, a leader in leveraging technology to improve post-acute care in partnership with health plans, hospital systems, risk-bearing physician groups, and other health care providers. Greg was responsible for Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Solution Development, and Business Development. Under Greg’s leadership, naviHealth expanded payer relationships, successfully collaborated with CMS’s Bundled Payments for Care Improvement-Advanced (BPCI-A) program and diversified the company’s footprint across both health plans and health systems, partnering with over 100 hospitals and serving nearly 40% of all Medicare Advantage members across all 50 states. Prior to naviHealth, Greg worked at Advent International and McKinsey & Company. Greg received a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Indiana University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
