LT most recently served as VP, Chief Compliance Officer, Optum Health Care Solutions where she oversaw the business global compliance and ethics program including global governance, enterprise risk management, and regulatory change management processes. In addition, LT has previously held several compliance leadership roles including Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer at naviHealth and Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer at Change Healthcare.
