Joe Biscardi has over 25 years of experience at senior level positions within multi-specialty physician group practices.

Prior to Mosaic Health, Joe was CAO and CFO of Millennium Health Care, the parent company of one of Florida’s largest independent physician groups, Millennium Physician Group and its affiliated entities, including Millennium Home Care and multiple Accountable Care Organizations.

Millennium’s own Accountable Care Organization is one of the most successful Medicare ACO programs in the country and consistently ranks among the top ten in the nation serving over 80,000 Medicare patients. The Company employs approximately 4,000+ employees and over 900 physicians and advanced providers, operating across the states of Florida, Texas and North Carolina.

In his prior leadership role, as SVP and Chief Accounting Officer, Joe implemented a global financial reporting system at 21st Century Oncology Holdings, Inc, the largest integrated network of cancer treatment centers and affiliated physicians. He oversaw the Company’s initial public offering in June 2004, and it’s leveraged buyout by a private equity firm in February 2008. Joe started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he oversaw a number of SEC Company filings and Initial Public Offering of equity and debt securities in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

Joe earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Hofstra University and is a licensed CPA in the state of New York.
